Your business profile, clients, invoices, estimates, and saved items are stored locally in this browser — not on a server, and not in an online account. The app does load its on-screen typefaces from Google Fonts the first time you visit — that request never includes any of your invoice or business content.
After you've loaded the app once, it keeps working without an internet connection — creating, editing, and downloading PDFs all work offline.
Export a backup file from Backup & Restore whenever you like, and import it on another device or browser to bring your data along. There's no automatic sync between devices.
Business and client details, and PDFs, support Latin-based text, Cyrillic, Greek, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Scripts that need contextual text shaping (Arabic, Hebrew, Thai, Devanagari, and similar) aren't supported yet; the app tells you clearly before export rather than producing incorrect text.
